Adjustable Chirp Injection-Locked 1.55-μm VCSELs for Enhanced Chromatic Dispersion Compensation at 10-Gbit/s

چکیده

We demonstrate adjustable negative chirp from a directly-modulated, injection-locked 1.55-μm VCSEL by controlling the injection parameters.
